3. Payment Terms
CodeCounsel offers fixed-price legal documents, à la carte consultations, and custom legal service packages. All pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be updated at any time. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Access to digital products or work commencement begins after payment confirmation.
4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy reflects the nature of legal work and ensures fairness for all clients:
- Digital Legal Documents: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the file has not been downloaded or viewed.
- Consultations: Cancellations are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- Custom Legal Services: Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if the work has not substantially commenced. A minimum administrative fee of $100 CAD applies.
- Retainer or Subscription Plans: Clients may cancel at any time; refunds for unused time will be prorated where applicable.
